The villa is located in the Akrotiri area which is located north of the town of Zakynthos. The Akrotiri area is mainly populated by villas and some small boutique hotels. From the veranda you have a wonderful view of the Ionian sea and with on? a clear sky you have a great view of Kefalonia and Kylini. In front of the house is a semi-private beach used mainly from locals living in the area. The house is a great destination for relaxation or activities during your holidays, depending on your mood.
The tenant can decide to relax with a wonderful view of the sea and the sound of the waves or decide to visit the closest beach of Tsilivi which is a 5 minute drive and provides water sports, shops, restaurants and bars. Day tours to the blue caves and Shipwreck beach can be arranged.
